Triad scores an average of 91.6% in client satisfaction survey and is recommended for advertising, design and digital.
The market research, carried out by independent body the RAR, quizzed a sample of Triad customers and asked them to rate us against 8 separate criteria of; Client Service, Creativity, Effectiveness, Strategic Thinking, Value for Money, On Time and On Budget.
The average of these 8 was an incredible 91.6%.
The sample (20% of our active client base) was made up from a mix of multi-national brands as well as smaller domestic companies who represent a broad cross-section of industry including manufacturing, automotive, finance, engineering, leisure, retail, distribution and aviation.
