Triad is now Recommended by the RAR

What is the RAR and why are Triad 'Recommended'?

The RAR is an independent body that measures creative agencies. To gain recognition as an Approved Agency, the RAR contacted our client portfolio and carried out their research.

The RAR asked our clients to rate us across eight key criteria:

  1. Client service
  2. Creativity/innovation
  3. Effectiveness
  4. Professionalism
  5. Strategic thinking
  6. Value for money
  7. On Time
  8. On Budget

The ratings for these criteria were then combined, and (using the formula described below) provided an overall score. The individual ratings act as an independent measure of agency performance.

  • We're proud to report Triad scored highly and has been recognised and awarded the coveted RAR approved status.

Only companies who score above the RAR threshold become recommended and are included in the register. The (anonymous) results provide a unique and invaluable insight into the experiences clients have with Triad.

For those who want to know

The formula for calculating the overall RAR ratings gives a true Bayesian estimate:

Weighted rating (WR) = (v ÷ (v+m)) x R + (m ÷ (v+m)) x CR

= average for the supplier (mean) v = number of votes for the supplier =

minimum votes required to be recommended (currently 3) C = the mean vote across

the whole research (currently set at 68)

And now you know.
