Caroline Chisholm Sixth Formers come to Triad

Every year Alison Witts from Caroline Chisholm School brings a group of creative sixth formers to learn more about our side of the business.

This is a great way for young people to get an insight into the creative world before they decide on where their own career or student paths will take them. Personally I wish more schools would show the same initiative with there students as Alison does at CCS because a lot of the time students are still very undecided in what they want to do.
During the talks I generally cover all aspects of the business from sales to account handling and explain in depth all we do creatively. I generally find, by the end of the talks, that students are excited with what our industry holds for them as these days the word 'designer' has so many spin offs in different areas of our industry!
If you’re a student, only you can sell yourself so get yourself out there and make people aware of your potential. If you need any advice please email me at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or call me on 01604 771100
